Brewed with Japanese rice, Koji mold and yeast and diluted by Nagaragawa Subsoil Water, this versatile Futsu Shu sake has a surprisingly smooth and refreshing taste. This makes it not just an excellent sake for a variety of non-Japanese dishes, but one whose dryness means that it can be served equally well with Grilled Fish with Herbs, Stir-Fried Chicken, Pan-Fried, Sea Food with Soy Sauce and Japanese SukiYaki.
